We are growing coffee and we are growing as a business.
What started as a Family hobby and passion, has turned into a great business with many different faces, and wonderful possibilities.
We are harvesting our third crop, we have owned this little piece of joy since 2010 and this is so far our best quality product. We have improved so many aspects of our process, that our coffee beans are now superb in many aspects.
Since we are so small, just 10 hectares, our control over field processes is unique and detailed. Fertilization schedules, harvesting cycles and mobilization of the recently picked cherries have changed a lot to allow us to trace every single grain to it's source in our farm.
But beyond that we have improved our wet process, making it more clean and straight forward to produce a way more safe and delicious coffee.
We also have expanded the solar systems used to dry the coffee, so we can keep a very low carbon foot print.
Last but not least, we have installed
a system of water purification, that limits the impact of our processes in the water sources but in general in our environment.
